Multi Course Conundrum
It takes a different mental approach to tackle different courses throughout the week and frankly, some guys embrace it more than others. Including this event, there are four tournaments on the PGA TOUR schedule that use more than one course. Here are the best players in those four events:
Winning Score Matters
Once a year, I offer a promotion for a discounted rate to RickRunGood.com — but you have to bet more for it. If you sign up for a 6 Month or Yearly Promo Membership, I’ll refund you the percentage equal to the winning score. The last three years, the winning score has been exactly 19-under, meaning I would refund 19% of your membership cost. Full details below. Link To Sign Up!
Stump The Schwab
As you may know, I’ve loaded the last 10 years of European Tour data into the RickRunGood.com database and now we can get the full picture for every player in the field. The name that keeps popping up with recent form … Matthias Schwab.
In his last five starts (two on the European Tour), he’s gained 1.13 strokes per round. That’s the sixth best mark of anyone in the field over that timeframe.
Can Kiz Flip The Switch?
It’s clear that Kevin Kisner dominates in Sea Island. It’s also clear that his recent form has been sour. I’ve gone back and forth all week about whether Kisner can enter this week with poor form and still find success. With that being said, I’ll just post his lead-in form (five events) prior to each of his RSM Classic finishes.
2020 (2nd) -8.24 Strokes Gained (cumulative in five events prior)
2019 (MC) -0.31 Strokes Gained
2018 (T7) -6.64 Strokes Gained
2017 (T4) -4.68 Strokes Gained
2016 (MC) -14.22 Strokes Gained
2015 (WIN) +0.47 Strokes Gained
Current Lead-in Form: -14.35 Strokes Gained
Take Your Money, Leave It On The Table!
The last time that the optimal lineup on DraftKings cost exactly $50,000 was the John Deere Classic, 17 events ago. The time before that… WGC Workday in February. It’s happened twice this year. If you want to read more about last week’s optimal ($48,300), click here.
Free ProV1s (Seriously)
My buddy at RSM hooked it up with a dozen Titleist ProV1s with the RSM logo (obviously). I’ll be giving them away on the Wednesday Live Chat. All you need to do is comment. Literally any comment/question/whatever will get you entered. Here’s the link … comment now so you don’t forget!
Lapped The Field
It’s rare for two golfers to be head and shoulders above the rest of the field from tee-to-green and neither of them wins the tournament — but that’s exactly what happened last week.
Luke List +13.19
Scottie Scheffler +11.36
Joel Dahmen +7.56
Aaron Rai +7.36
Sungjae Im +6.96

Steady Smith
Cam Smith has been outstanding on the course and in my portfolio. He’s averaging a ridiculous 45% ROI in the Jock MKT, which comes out to be about $1.85/share in pure profit. Considering bidding on Cam Smith this week. Link to data.
